Go Kart sessions for your classroom

STEM concepts are deeply ingrained in every aspect of F1, from designing aerodynamic components to analyzing big data, developing advanced materials, and optimizing engine performance. The synergy between STEM and F1 creates a unique platform for inspiring and educating future scientists, engineers, and innovators.

Go Karting is F1 stripped to its basic level and therefore a great place to begin understanding racing and machines.

Benefits:

pupils will see how the inner workings of Go Karts function and develop an understanding of the mechanics and engineering that goes into Go Karts

Following a short video clip of Knight racing via projector screen and laptop:

Introduction to Racing

  • What is Go Karting and The British Karting Championship
  • BKC, Formula 1, Rally and other forms of motorsport
  • Why is motorsport so important and STEM
